RETURN POLICY
For reasons of liability and consumer protection, all product leaving our warehouse must be considered used and potentially contaminated once it has shipped. No returns are accepted.
Shipping Policy
How to determine when your order will arrive:
For readily available product, we'll ship items from our facility within 48 hours. For items not readily available, we'll provide estimated ship and delivery timeframes. All our estimates are based on business days and assume that shipping and delivery do not occur on holidays and weekends.
In the emails we send following your order, we'll continue to update you with the most current information regarding the status of your items.
Changing your shipping address:
To change the default shipping address on your MiraClays account, log in to your account. Changes are applied to future orders only and will not affect orders that are in process or have already shipped.
Different shipping and billing addresses:
For your protection, your bank may delay your order if the shipping address is different from the billing address. To prevent a delay, always provide the correct billing address for your credit card. You can also inform your bank that you are ordering merchandise from the MiraClays website and having it shipped to an address that does not match your billing address.
Shipping methods & carriers:
All MiraClays orders are shipped by Federal Express.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are flat fees based on the weight of the product ordered. These fees are shown prior to the completion of any order.
Damage during shipping:
You may refuse to accept delivery of any item(s) damaged during shipment. You must note clearly on any receiving ticket from the shipping carrier which item(s) were damaged. If you accept delivery of items and sign for them as "ok," we can not help you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
If any item was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. Please keep all of the packaging materials.
